O2 gets Blackberry, iPhone, and the Palm Pre: Hey thats not fair
Hello from London...As I was searching the internet for the best SIM card rates in the U.K., I decided to have a look at o2's website. To my amazement, I had totally forgotten, that O2 was the exclusive provider of the iPhone in the U.K. Additionally, they recently announced they were going to be the first to pick up the GSM Palm Pre. O2 is also the only U.K. carrier to offer pre-paid Blackberry plans. Great job to O2 for seemingly domminating the hardware market across the pond. If I am a British cell phone fan, I am hoping my company uses O2, thats for sure.

Weekend Usless Technology: RichardSolo 1800 for iPhone - External battery pack
OK so maybe it isn't "useless" but why would they not have made it with an iPhone/iPod charger. It couldn't have been much more work, or maybe they didn't want to pay any royalties to Apple. Whatever the reason, asking iPhone users to carry another cable is bogus. Even though is has a laser, I would still opt for one of the other similar devices that use the Apple charging cable....as always, tell me what you think.

Palm Pre Theme for iphone? A day that will live in infamy!
Poetic justice - is a literary device in which virtue is ultimately rewarded or vice punished, often in modern literature by an ironic twist of fate intimately related to the character's own conduct. In a truly awesome turn around in the world of smartphones, a developer has designed a "Palm Pre" theme for iPhones. After seeing iPhone themes for everything from Blackberry to Android, I can say that it brings an enormous smile to my face to see this happen.
Finally, some one has confirmed what I have been saying all along. Look out world the Pre is going to be amazing. This is happening in the same way the iPhone saw its fame climb. First the skeptics give there overly presumptuous opinions, and then the emulators bring their copies.
I feel like we should all sing "kumbaya."

The Pre is coming, The Pre is coming!!!!
Some call it the "iPhone killer"... Some say its the "next great thing in devices"...The boys at Engadget have posted an update on the Palm Pre, filled with specs...I mean speculation and other preemptive info. Check it out.
I say, lets wait and see what she's actually like. I plan to do a full review of the Palm Pre (when I can get my grubby little hands on one), and it might even be my first video blog. But, until then its all just rumors, rumors, and more rumors. The Pre has had more hype than any phone I have ever seen. Yes, more than the iPhone. And with hype, comes criticism and speculation. So, lets all just chill for a bit and wait for the darn thing to come out. Then, we can all comment (on this blog hopefully) about whether or not we like it.
...as always, tell me what you think
