Ben Heck has done it again. With this being his fifth revision of an XBOX portable, he is really getting this down. Remember that this design is made completely from scratch but represent the possibilities of a manufactured XBOX portable.
This version has these new feature:
• Built-in Ethernet port, finally.
• Built-in WiFi adapter, as usual.
• Digital pushbutton volume control rather than a clunky knob. Different, better sounding audio amp
• Flush-mount DVD door and side panels (such as the memory card slots)
• IR sensor for the remote control.
• Two user USB ports.
• More air holes!
• Jasper motherboard.

Microsoft's XBox Going to be Better than Nintendo Wii?
On Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the devoted gamer and all around techie, got to help Microsoft show a preview of their new Project Natal. Their technology allows for seemingly better than Wii motion control, using video rather than accelerometers and optical control. As with all motion control, it might not completely replace the controller but the demo shows amazing promise for what is possible in gaming. Now they only need to invent a suit with haptic feedback so you can feel it when the ball hits you in the...gut.
